Delete Your Smart Driver Forms Account
You can permanently delete your Smart Driver Forms login account directly from the current public Android app.
How to Delete Your Account
In the Smart Driver Forms app:
Settings / User → Account → Delete Account
The app will show a confirmation message before the deletion is completed. That message explains that your Smart Driver Forms login and personal account information will be deleted, while retained trip forms, documents, and other historical business records remain on Smart Driver Forms servers.
What Is Deleted
When the current in-app account-deletion process completes, Smart Driver Forms removes:
- Your active Smart Driver Forms login/authentication account.
- Your active driver-profile information.
- Registered-device records associated with your account.
- Account-linked support requests stored in the Smart Driver Forms app backend.
- Account-specific local files stored inside the Smart Driver Forms account directory on that device.
Direct account identity references and free-form details associated with your account are also removed from applicable audit history.
What Is Not Automatically Deleted
Account deletion does not automatically delete retained trip forms, finalized trip-sheet PDFs, related document records, or other historical business records stored by Smart Driver Forms.
Information already contained inside a retained trip form or finalized document may remain because it is part of that historical record.
What Happens to Your Email and Historical Owner Record
Smart Driver Forms keeps a permanent internal historical owner identifier so retained trip, form, and document records can remain connected to their historical owner after the login account is deleted.
Your real email address is removed from that historical owner record and replaced with a non-deliverable deleted-account placeholder. Your active driver profile is removed.
What May Remain on the Device
Account-specific local files are removed from the Smart Driver Forms account directory on that device as part of the deletion process. Device-wide preferences, such as the selected app theme, may remain because they are not stored as part of the deleted account directory.

If you cannot access the app and need help with account deletion, contact Smart Driver Forms Support:
Include the email address associated with your Smart Driver Forms account and briefly explain that you need help with account deletion. Do not send your password.
